New Year 2015

The start of a New Year is associated with making changes: resolutions, a new job, or a new relationship. Perhaps reflecting on the past year. It is important to have a manageable list of resolutions, and also to see if some of those are a repitition from last year. Did I fulfill any of my resolutions from last year (you might ask yourself)? If not, it might be time to take a different tack to be able to reach those manageable goals. Another way to look at things is to think of values rather than goals. What are the things that are of value or add value to my life? How am I changing my routine or life to move toward or be alliance with those values?
